Two
of our beautiful properties are located on 2nd Ave (8915-2nd Ave and
9901-2nd Ave) and the other is only one house off 2nd Ave (209-109th
St). All 3 properties are only 1 1/2 blocks to the beautiful, white,
sandy beach where lifeguards in the summer are on duty 10am to 5 pm.
During the summer, Stone Harbor's beautiful beach is open to the public
but swimming is permitted only when lifeguards are on duty. Beach
tags are required and the use of rafts, surfboards, and catamarans
are permitted only at designated locations along the beach. Also,
all 3 of our properties are a short stroll to the trendy and upscale
restaurants, jewelry stores, art galleries, movie theater, ice cream
parlors and other enticing shops in Stone Harbor's famous shopping
District.
You can walk to most things in Stone Harbor since the island is 7

friends can always be found in the evenings in Stone Harbor with folk
or jazz music at Coffee Talk (299-97th St), live bands at Fred's Tavern
